1. Eligibility and Account Registration

Access to and use of the pk97 Platform is strictly limited to individuals who meet all of the following criteria:

• You are at least 18 years of age. pk97 does not permit access to minors under any circumstances, and age verification is a mandatory step of the registration and KYC process.
• You are accessing the Platform as an individual acting in your personal capacity, not on behalf of any commercial entity for the purpose of operating a business.
• You have confirmed, to the best of your knowledge, that accessing and using online gaming services is not prohibited by the laws applicable to your specific location or jurisdiction.
• You are not subject to any self-exclusion order, court order, or other legal restriction that prohibits your use of gambling or gaming services.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, or immediate family member of an employee of pk97 or any of its affiliated entities.

By completing the registration process, you represent and warrant that all information provided is accurate, truthful, and complete. pk97 reserves the right to request documentation to verify any information provided during registration at any time. Providing false or misleading registration information constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of any balance.

Each individual is permitted to hold only one registered account on the pk97 Platform. The creation of duplicate or multiple accounts by the same individual is strictly prohibited and will result in the closure of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any balances held therein.

2. Account Responsibilities

You are solely responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your pk97 account credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. You must not share your login credentials with any third party under any circumstances.

You agree to notify pk97 immediately via [email protected] if you become aware of any unauthorised access to your account or any suspected breach of your login credentials. pk97 will not be liable for any losses arising from your failure to maintain adequate security over your account access details.

All transactions made from your account — including deposits, wagers, and withdrawal requests — are considered to have been made by the account holder. If you believe a transaction was made without your authorisation, you must report it to pk97 support immediately.

You are responsible for ensuring that all contact details associated with your pk97 account, including your email address and phone number, remain current and accurate. Outdated contact information may result in delays in account recovery, KYC processing, or payment processing.

3. Deposits and Payment Methods

pk97 accepts deposits in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) through the following payment methods: JazzCash, Easypaisa, HBL Online Banking, UBL Internet Banking, Meezan Bank, Bank Alfalah, and USDT (TRC-20 cryptocurrency). Available payment methods may be updated from time to time without prior notice.

You warrant that:

• Any payment method you use to deposit funds belongs to you personally. You must not use payment instruments registered in another person's name.
• All funds deposited to pk97 are from legitimate sources and are not the proceeds of any unlawful activity.
• You will not attempt to charge back, reverse, or otherwise dispute any deposit made voluntarily to your pk97 account.

Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply and are displayed at the time of transaction. pk97 reserves the right to adjust these limits without prior notice. Deposits are generally credited to your account immediately upon confirmed receipt of funds.

Any deposit that cannot be verified, appears fraudulent, or is associated with a compromised payment instrument will be suspended pending investigation. pk97 cooperates with financial institutions and relevant authorities in cases of suspected payment fraud.

4. Withdrawals and KYC Verification

Withdrawal requests on pk97 are subject to the completion of Know Your Customer (KYC) identity verification. Until KYC is satisfactorily completed, withdrawal capabilities may be limited or withheld entirely. KYC documentation required includes:

• A valid Computerised National Identity Card (CNIC) — front and back
• Proof of current residential address (utility bill, bank statement, or equivalent, dated within three months)
• A selfie photograph holding the CNIC, where required by the verification tier

KYC reviews are typically completed within 24 to 48 hours of document submission. pk97 reserves the right to request additional documentation where the initial submission is incomplete, unclear, or does not satisfy verification standards.

Withdrawals are processed back to the same payment method used for deposit where operationally feasible. pk97 reserves the right to require that a withdrawal be processed to the same source as the deposit to prevent money laundering. Withdrawal processing times vary by method: JazzCash and Easypaisa withdrawals typically process within 15 minutes to 1 hour for KYC-verified accounts; bank transfers within 1 to 12 hours; USDT within 15 minutes to 2 hours.

pk97 reserves the right to delay, suspend, or refuse any withdrawal request pending investigation if there is reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, or violation of these Terms.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

From time to time, pk97 may offer bonuses, free bets, cashback, or other promotional incentives to registered players. All bonuses and promotions are subject to specific terms and conditions that will be communicated at the time the offer is made. General bonus conditions applicable across all pk97 promotions include:

• Bonuses are only available to players who have met the eligibility criteria specified in the relevant promotion terms.
• Bonus funds carry wagering requirements that must be met before any withdrawal of bonus-derived winnings is permitted. Wagering requirements are stated in the specific promotion terms.
• Bonus abuse — including creating multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, colluding with other players, or exploiting system errors — will result in the forfeiture of all bonus amounts and associated winnings, and may result in account termination.
• pk97 reserves the right to withdraw, amend, or discontinue any promotion at any time without prior notice, provided that existing wagering obligations already accepted by a player will be honoured.
• In case of conflict between specific promotion terms and these general Terms, the specific promotion terms prevail for the duration of that promotion.

6. Gaming Rules and Fair Play

All games available on pk97 — including live dealer casino games, RNG table games, slot machines, arcade games, and sports betting markets — operate under specific game rules accessible within each game or market interface. You are responsible for familiarising yourself with the applicable rules before placing any wager.

RNG (Random Number Generator) games on pk97 use certified random number generation technology that is independently audited to confirm compliance with stated return-to-player (RTP) percentages. pk97 does not manipulate game outcomes and cannot influence the results of any individual wager.

In the event of a technical error, software fault, or communication failure during a game or wager, pk97 reserves the right to declare the relevant round void and refund the staked amount. Payouts resulting from clearly erroneous odds or pricing — including situations where a manifest error has occurred in the odds offered — are not binding on pk97, and pk97 reserves the right to void such bets.

Sports betting markets are offered on the basis of official results from recognised governing bodies. In cases of dispute regarding an outcome, pk97 will apply the decision of the relevant official governing body as the final determinant.

7. Restricted Activities and Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the pk97 Platform and constitute material breaches of these Terms:

• Creating more than one account per individual
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial means to interact with the Platform
• Exploiting software vulnerabilities, system errors, or technical glitches to gain an unfair advantage
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game or betting outcomes
• Using the Platform for money laundering, fraud, or any other unlawful financial activity
• Attempting to circumvent geographic or age restrictions through VPN, proxy, or similar technology
• Engaging in abusive, threatening, or harassing conduct toward pk97 staff or other users
• Sharing or selling access to your pk97 account to any third party

pk97 employs monitoring systems to detect prohibited conduct. Upon detection, pk97 may immediately suspend or terminate the account, withhold any balance pending investigation, and report the conduct to relevant financial intelligence or law enforcement authorities.

8. Responsible Gaming

pk97 is committed to responsible gaming and provides the following tools to assist players in managing their gambling activity:

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits through Account Settings. Limit reductions take effect immediately; limit increases require a 24-hour cooling period before becoming active.
• Session Time Alerts: Players may configure time alerts that notify them when a gaming session has reached a specified duration.
• Cooling-Off Periods: Players may request a temporary account suspension of between 24 hours and 6 weeks through Account Settings or by contacting support.
• Self-Exclusion: Players who wish to permanently or indefinitely exclude themselves from the pk97 Platform may request self-exclusion by contacting [email protected]. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours. Once in effect, self-exclusion cannot be reversed for the duration of the exclusion period.

9. Account Suspension and Termination

pk97 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, including but not limited to cases where:

• A player has violated any provision of these Terms
• There is a reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, identity theft, or payment fraud
• KYC documentation submitted is fraudulent, altered, or does not satisfy verification requirements
• A player has become the subject of a legal order, court injunction, or regulatory directive
• Continued operation of the account poses a legal, regulatory, or reputational risk to pk97

In the event of account termination for a breach of these Terms, any balance in the account may be forfeited. Where termination occurs for reasons unrelated to a player's misconduct, any verified available balance will be returned to the player through an appropriate payment method following the completion of outstanding KYC requirements.

Players may voluntarily close their pk97 account at any time by contacting [email protected]. All pending bets and active wagering obligations will be settled before the account closure is finalised and any remaining balance returned.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, pk97 shall not be liable for:

• Any loss of profits, revenue, business opportunities, data, or goodwill arising from your use of the Platform
• Indirect, consequential, special, or punitive damages of any kind
• Losses arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain adequate credential security
• Service interruptions, downtime, or technical failures caused by factors outside pk97's reasonable control, including telecommunications failures, third-party infrastructure outages, or force majeure events
• Losses arising from your reliance on any information, data, or content provided on the Platform

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury resulting from gross negligence, fraud, or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

The pk97 Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. pk97 makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the fitness of the Platform for any particular purpose, uninterrupted availability, or freedom from errors.

11. Intellectual Property

All content, design elements, trademarks, logos, software, game assets, text, graphics, and functionality on the pk97 Platform are the intellectual property of pk97 or its licensors. Nothing in these Terms grants you any licence to use, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any pk97 intellectual property without express written permission.

You may access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment. Any commercial use, systematic extraction, scraping, or reproduction of Platform content is strictly prohibited.

12. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to the jurisdiction in which pk97 is registered and licensed. Pakistani players are individually responsible for determining whether their use of the Platform complies with the laws of their applicable jurisdiction.

In the event of a dispute between you and pk97, you should first contact [email protected] to seek an informal resolution. pk97 aims to respond to all complaints within 5 business days. If an informal resolution cannot be reached, the dispute will be referred to the dispute resolution mechanism specified by the platform's licensing authority.

You agree that any dispute arising from your use of the pk97 Platform shall not be subject to any class action or representative proceeding. All disputes shall be resolved on an individual basis.

13. Amendments to These Terms

pk97 reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Where material changes are made, pk97 will provide reasonable notice to registered players via email or a prominent notice on the Platform before the changes take effect. Continued use of the pk97 Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page indicates when the most recent revision was made.
